The concept of coaching is still misunderstood, there is a lot of confusion. Everybody speaks and believes they know about coaching. But in reality, just a few people experience coaching with a professional coach - I emphasize the term “professional coach”. My invitation is to have the curiosity, and the courage to discover yourself through experiencing the coaching process. It could be transformative. The majority of top executives experiment the coaching process. This could be one of the reasons they are there: at the top.
I invite you to experiment coaching. Every journey starts with the first step.
The first step to climb your own Everest.

Why Coaching?
Starting in 2008, Google has conducted extensive research into what makes a great manager. They called it “Project Oxygen” and, over time identified the 10 behaviors that Google’s best managers share.

Benefits of coaching
Many times, people are curious about the benefits of coaching. I believe that a global ICF study that comprises more than 30 countries can offer a high-level perspective. There are universal themes that all of us encounter in our lifes. Beneath these big themes and objectives, there are a lot of individual themes, unmet needs, and fears: the need for acceptance, stability, to be heard, to feel important, to find your true self, to differentiate between being selfish and taking care of yourself, the old messages that no longer help us as adults.
